Here is the press release from Google’s website: I know that Mac users are going to like this software, it’s easy to use and while it runs in a desktop version it’s not a very bulky application at all and doesn’t tie up any resources at all, even when it’s uploading your photos to your web galleries. In fact, I use a Picasa web scraper to display my Picasa photo galleries on my wordpress blog. Since Google purchased the company a while back it’s service has done nothing but improve in my opinion. I have been a Picasa user for a long time, and love the software. I was just reading a press release today that Google has released Picasa in beta for the Mac OS.
